The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), in collaboration with Zeconia Global Investment Co. Ltd., has commenced a 5-day intensive training on Digital Oilfield Operation & Data Analytics in Lagos State. The training, which kicked off on Monday, September 28, will run till October 2, 2026.
Declaring the training open in Lagos, the organizers noted that the program is aimed at equipping young professionals and industry enthusiasts with cutting-edge skills in digital oilfield technologies, data-driven decision-making, automation, and real-time field analytics — in line with NCDMB’s mandate to build local capacity and drive Nigerian Content in the oil and gas sector.
Participants will be exposed to practical modules on digital oilfield architecture, production optimization, IoT in oil & gas, data visualization, predictive analytics, and modern tools reshaping upstream operations globally.
The collaboration between NCDMB and Zeconia Global Investment Co. Ltd underscores a shared commitment to bridging the digital skill gap in Nigeria’s energy sector and preparing the next generation of tech-savvy oil and gas professionals for the future of work.
