The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), in collaboration with Chelfom Engineering & Construction Co. Nig Ltd, has successfully concluded a 5-day training program on Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act Compliance.
The training, which took place from December 15 to 19, 2025, brought together 30 participants in Lagos.
The program aimed to equip participants with a deep understanding of the NOGICD Act and its application in the oil and gas industry.
The training covered key aspects of the Act, including compliance requirements, local content development, and regulatory frameworks.
At the end of the training, participants received certificates recognizing their completion of the program. The training is part of NCDMB’s efforts to promote local content development and ensure compliance with the NOGICD Act in the oil and gas industry.
The collaboration between NCDMB and Chelfom Engineering & Construction Co. Nig Ltd demonstrates their commitment to capacity building and human capital development in the oil and gas sector.
