Airtel Africa’s commitment to expanding 4G and 5G infrastructure, coupled with increased financial inclusion through its mobile money platforms, continues to deliver high-margin returns.

The remarkable 148% jump in Profit After Tax highlights the Group’s improved operational efficiencies and a more stable foreign exchange environment compared to the previous fiscal cycle, allowing the company to translate revenue growth into significant shareholder value.

Commenting on the results, the company noted:

“These results are a testament to the resilience of our business model and the immense potential of the African markets we serve.

‘’Surpassing the $6 billion revenue mark and seeing our PAT grow by over 147% demonstrates our ability to navigate headwinds while delivering on our promise of digital and financial inclusion.

‘’Our focus remains on driving further penetration in data and mobile money while maintaining a disciplined capital allocation strategy.”

Outlook

Airtel Africa remains well-positioned to capitalize on the structural growth opportunities across the continent.

With a fortified balance sheet and a growing subscriber base, the Group is confident in its ability to drive sustainable long-term growth and enhanced returns for its investors.
