On Friday, August 15, 2025, Sabi Writers, Africa’s leading writing agency, hosted the second edition of its Annual Guest Lecture Series, titled The Frontline 2.0.
Building on the success of the previous edition, this year’s event was organized to be bigger, better, and more impactful for its workforce.
The lecture featured two distinguished guest speakers: the CEO of Nett Pharmacy and the CEO of UAC Foods Limited. They shared valuable insights on leadership, scalable growth, and the importance of workplace systems and structures.
The event was enhanced by the insights of two guest lecturers, Pham Josephine Ehimen, CEO of Nett Pharmacy, and Mr. Oluyemi Oloyede, CEO and Managing Director of UAC Foods Limited.
They shared their unique perspectives, drawing from their extensive professional and industry experience.
Josephine Ehimen delivered a powerful session on the topic, Building Systems and Structure that Deliver Scalable Growth and Sustainability.
Oluyemi Oloyede took the stage next and spoke extensively on Building High-Growth Organisation. Both lectures were eye-opening, exposing young talents to insights to drive effective leadership in the workplace.
The event also featured insightful panel discussions. In attendance were the staff and management of Sabi Writers, who engaged actively with the speakers, panellists, and with one another in an atmosphere of learning and excitement.
The event concluded with networking and photo sessions, leaving participants motivated and empowered to raise the bar in their respective roles, as they prepare for a bigger edition in 2026.
