Leadway Holdings Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading and most diversified financial services groups, has announced an agreement to acquire 100% equity interest in Pensions Alliance Limited, a prominent Pension Fund Administrator (PFA).

This transaction, which involves the transfer of ownership from FSDH Holding Company Limited and Africa Alliance Insurance PLC, represents a significant milestone in Nigeria’s pension industry.

The acquisition of PAL Pensions, which recently celebrated its 20th anniversary and surpassed the N1 trillion milestone in Assets Under Management (AUM), highlights Leadway Holdings’ strategy of diversification and sustainable growth.

By integrating PAL Pensions with Leadway Pensure, the Group will create one of the largest and most resilient pension fund administrators, enhancing its capacity to deliver greater value to Nigerians.
