Leading Nigerian energy marketer, Eterna Plc, has officially announced the resignation of its Executive Director, Bunmi Agagu-Adu, from the company’s board.
The company disclosed the leadership change in a regulatory filing with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), noting that her departure marks the end of her impactful tenure on the executive team.
Dr Bunmi Agagu-Adu is a collaborative business leader, seasoned energy attorney, and accomplished corporate governance practitioner, leading a Team of professionals who manufacture, market, and sell world-class lubrication technology and chemicals
Dr Bunmi has held key leadership roles, including General Manager, Lubricants and Gas; Head, Real Estate & Non-Fuels Revenue; Head, Corporate Communications; and Company Secretary/General Counsel – a position she held for upwards of 12 years.
Over the years, she has developed strong financial acumen and an exceptional people management skill set, built on a bedrock of risk management & regulatory compliance
She is a recipient of the prestigious ESQ 40 Under 40 award – a recognition of 40 Nigerian Lawyers under 40 who will shape the future of the legal profession in Nigeria.
